We currently have an exciting opportunity for a recruitment specialist to join our Milton (HQ) Team, as a Talent Acquisition Manager.


About the Role

Reporting to the Head of People, Culture & Learning, you will be key in designing and delivering a Talent Acquisition strategy that aligns with the overall people plan and the strategic objectives of the organisation.


You will be instrumental in introducing a consistent best-practice approach to recruitment, building capability in teams, and ensuring a positive candidate experience across all stages of the Lutheran Service recruitment process.   To do this, you will need to develop frameworks that attract talent into the organisation, managing end-to-end recruitment for hires across the business through proactive sourcing strategies.  You will also have input into the development of the organisation's EVP and onboarding programs.  


It's an exciting time to join the team as the People, Culture & Learning function is undergoing significant transformation to ensure it can deliver sustainable, objective and transparent support to the organisation.


Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience in a recruitment manager role with stakeholder influence responsibility, together with strong project management skills and ability to design and deliver recruitment strategies and frameworks that build people capability, retention and reduce costs.


You will be highly commercial, having the ability to influence and build credibility with key stakeholders.


Ideally you will be tertiary qualified in Human Resources or related discipline, and have experience working in a health or service orientated industry.
